Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)

IHP is a high intensity, low impact, interval training class based on pilates principles done in a heated room with energetic tunes to keep you motivated.
This upbeat class will strengthen your core, glutes, legs, and arms while giving you the cardio burst you crave. You will leave feeling strong, confident, and energized!
