What to expect at Orange Lotus

  • Please register for class online. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a spot.
  • Purchase your class before arriving.
  • Bring your own mat and yoga towel (bath or beach towel works).
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat in.
  • Locker rooms and showers are available before and after class.
  • Classes start on time and once class starts the door is locked. Please be prompt for class.

As often as you can. Each of our classes will benefit you in different ways. Consistency and frequency go a long way in determining how you feel and how quickly you see results. We recommend practicing 2-3 times per week. Try each of our classes and find what works best for you.

A good rule to follow when it comes to hydration is to drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water each day. For example, if you weigh 100lbs, then drinking 50 oz of water will keep you well hydrated.
