Yin yoga is the deep stretch we need to unwind from our busy, chaotic lives!

Postures are held for several minutes and use gravity to open the body and energy pathways. As you hold poses, you’ll feel your muscles release as you learn to breathe through discomfort and remove the obstacles and blockages created by everyday challenge and stress.

This class targets the fascia and deep connective tissue of the body. Leave feeling chill, grounded, and open.

Inferno Sculpt takes the mind body connection of an Inferno Hot Pilates class and adds weight lifting principles to build strength. This low impact class uses resistance bands, light weights, and high reps to deliver the strength training workout we all need!

Inferno Sculpt focuses on the creation of muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth 😉) through slower low impact moves; safely building you massive results.
