“I’ve had two herniated disks in my cervical spine for years now. I went through physical therapy  and quarterly cortisone shots to help alleviate the pain, and I even purchased my own traction machine to help with flare ups. The only other course of action would be surgery, which I want to avoid at all costs. 

Just before the holidays, the pain came back, and no amount of home yoga or traction could fix it. We had recently moved close to the studio, so I decided to get back into the hot room to see if it would help alleviate the pain.
